A transmission apparatus (A) is provided so as to be arranged in an electronic device having a circuit substrate (3) for input and/or output and a conductive body (9). The transmission apparatus (A) includes a relay cable (7) having a first and a second end portion (7a, 7b). The first end portion (7a) of the relay cable (7) is connected to the circuit substrate (3). On the second end portion (7b) of the relay cable, there is provided a receptacle type connector (11) so as to be mounted on a rear surface (9a) of the body (9). In order to prevent generation of radiation noise from the relay cable (7), the receptacle type connector (11) has a metal shell ground to the body (9).
