<p>A curable powder coating composition is disclosed comprising a film-forming polymer having reactive functional groups, a curing agent having functional groups reactive with the functional groups of the polymer, the curing agent being present in an amount sufficient to cure the coating composition, and a tricarbamoyl triazine compound.
