The ejector mechanism (10), for a wound roll of woven fabric on a batch winder (1), has at least one swing arm (13) with at least one rotating roller (15) at the end side. An operating unit (20) gives the arm its swing movement, as a spindle drive with a rotating spindle (21) held in an outer bearing (5) at one end at the batch winder. The arm swings on an axis (11), linked to the operating unit through a lever (24).
