FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: one should inject metphormin by certain scheme, then clomyphen citrate should be introduced since 5th till 9th d of menstrual cycle. In case of insufficient endometrial thickness or luteal failure metphormin should be combined with application of estrogens, gestagens and LH. The suggested method provides renewal of regulatory ovulatory cycles at decreasing patient's body weight and preventing syndrome of ovarian hyperstimulation.
