A rewritable compact disc is built into a PVC card, and can rotate within the card, and thus read from or written to by a laser. A hole is made in the PVC card to accommodate a guide in which the CD-RW-ROM can move. A further opening may be provided to allow a laser to read and write to the CD-RW-ROM.
