The quantity of dampening-solution required for minimum and maximum percent area coverages of two printing forms (13) are determined and stored in controller as interpolation reference points. The quantity of dampening-solution demand for succeeding print job is determined using the interpolation reference point, and accordingly the feeding of dampening- solution is controlled during printing.
