FIELD: mining industry, blasting operations. SUBSTANCE: process charging drowned wells with use of granulated non-waterresistant explosives includes placement of explosive into double layer sheathscartridges which internal layer is made of water-resistant elastic material, advance of these charged cartridges into well through water column with application of load on cartridges from well-head. In correspondence with invention internal layer of double layer sheath has holes 0.5-2.0 mm in diameter and external layer is produced from strong water impermeable material. Length of cartridge amounts to 3-7 diameters of it. Holes in internal layer are formed in process of stitching of layers. Woven polypropylene is utilized as external layer. Load on cartridges from well- head is created by placement of next cartridge above sunk cartridge above level of water column. Proposed process of charging drowned wells makes it possible to use nonexpensive non-water-resistant granulated explosives. EFFECT: accelerated process of charging, excluded probability of mechanical damage of cartridge sheaths and of their functional failure. 3 cl, 3 dwg
