A liquid preparation containing a crude−drug extract in an amount of 5 to 50 w/v% in terms of dry extract amount based on the whole liquid preparation, characterized by containing a saccharide in an amount of 5 to 40 w/v% based on the whole liquid preparation and having a pH adjusted to 4.5 to 5.5. This liquid preparation is inhibited from generating a sediment or suspended matter with time and is stable for long, even when the crude−drug extract is contained in a high concentration.
