HOPPER FOR LOOSE MATERIALS

FIELD: chemical industry, construction engineering and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device designed for storing and delivering loose materials liable to consolidation in storage. Proposed hopper has container and bottom with gate. Bottom is made in form of truncated pyramid on ribs of which exhaust nozzles of pneumatic bridge breakers are installed. Nozzles are brought inside hopper and are arranged at several levels. First level of nozzles is arranged at height equal to 3-5 diameters of nozzles from lower cut of hopper. Other levels are arranged at heights with pitch from 0.1 to 0.3 bottom rib length. EFFECT: increased efficiency in operation of hopper. 1 dwg
