RECEIVING PART OF AXIAL SEPARATOR

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: receiving part of axial separator has separating rotor and hosing. Upper part of housing of receiving part has semicircular section at site adjoining to intake portion of rotor. This section is continuously changing towards end of receiving part until it becomes section eccentrically protruding above remaining part of housing. Main spiral blades with replaceable wear faceplates are located in offset relation with respect to one another inside cylindrical intake part of rotor. Height of faceplates is decreasing in harvested mass advancement direction to form conical surface. Variable section of receiving part of separator with continuous transition of upper housing part from semicircular section at leading part to eccentric section at end of receiving part provides for dispersion and effective distribution of mass under process. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation and simplified construction. 6 cl, 5 dwg
