<p>A resin-magnet composition obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin binder with magnetic rare-earth alloy particles to disperse the particles in the binder is compounded with a deterioration inhibitor comprising both a metal deactivator and a radical scavenger and with an additive comprising at least one substituted-urea compound lubricant. Thus, the flowability of the resin-magnet composition during molding is improved.</p> |
