Separating column comprises a channel (2) for a fluid stream with molecules to be analyzed and having bends (3, 4) with turning points (7, 8). The average diameter of the channel is larger than the path which covers the molecules to be analyzed by diffusion between the turning points. An independent claim is also included for a micro-chromatograph containing the above separating column. Preferred Features: The column has loops (13) with bends on their sides. The bends directly follow each other and run parallel.
