The holder for the fastening of a panel (12) to a flat surface (14) has at least one ferromagnetic metal component (16) and at least one magnetic element (20) enclosed between the panel and the surface by at least one covering U-profiled element (18). The magnetic element is fitted directly or indirectly on the panel, and the ferromagnetic metal component is fitted directly or indirectly on the flat surface, or vice versa. The profiled element is fastened to the panel or to the flat surface.
