The vehicle has a combination of an arm and a leg lever, and a vertical frame with top and bottom axles, connected via two chains. A ratchet-type mechanism or a change gear in the lower axle permits the combination of various amplitudes of arm and leg movements. Sliders on longitudinal rails are moved by chains, tensioned around the rails. Arm and leg levers are directly suspended from an upward/downward directed central socket, the movement of which is regulated by two pulleys located on the ends of the levers and moving in chains. The pulleys are in fixed axle connection with the levers. The vehicle has conventional brakes.
