<p>A system for providing educational contents over Internet includes a teaching file preparing unit, which loads with a data file and edits the data file into at least one frame-based network document to prepare a teaching file; a teaching file execution unit, which executes the teaching file prepared by the teaching file preparing unit, generates annotation object data, and generates synchronizing information for a moving picture; a teaching file encoding unit, which receives and encodes moving picture data received from a video/audio input device and generates a network media file by synchronizing the encode moving picture data, the teaching file, and the annotation object data using the synchronizing information transmitted from the teaching file execution unit; and a teaching file database system, which registers lecture information for each network media file and provides the network media file to a learner terminal through at least one server corresponding to a transmission format of the network media file.</p> |
