A network supervisory control apparatus for supervisory−controlling a transmission network constructed of a plurality of transmission devices.The network supervisory control apparatus includes a path information storing unit for storing therein path information on an entrance point to which data is inputted,an exit point from which the data is outputted,and a path route point through which the data is relayed,with respect to a path connecting a transmission device through which data is inputted to the transmission network and a transmission device through which the data is outputted from the transmission network and used for transmitting passing data therethrough,a quality information periodic collecting unit for periodically collecting the quality information on a channel corresponding to the entrance point and a channel corresponding to the exit point,a quality deterioration detecting unit for judging whether or not the quality has deteriorated,on the basis of the quality information on the entrance point and the exit point,a path route point searching unit for searching the path information storing unit when the quality has deteriorated,to acquire the information on the path route point of the path the quality of which has deteriorated,a path route point quality information collecting unit for collecting the information on the quality of the channel corresponding to the path route point on the basis of the information on the path route point,and a quality deterioration point specifying unit for judging whether or not there is any deteriorated path routing point on the basis of the information on the quality of the path route point.
