NOVEL EASILY STUCK ADHESIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD

摘要

An easily stuck adhesive sheet from under which the air easily escapes when stuck to an object,so that it can be easily attached cleanly in an excellent adhesion,and a method for manufacturing the adhesive sheet.The easily stuck adhesive sheet is provided on the surface of a base sheet with an adhesive layer having a plurality of spherical projections to form air communication passages between the adjoining projections.These projections have a diameter of 50 to 300μm and a height of 10 to 50μm.The distance between them is 0 to 100μm.The adhesive sheet is manufactured by bonding the adhesive layer formed on the shape transfer face of a peeling sheet to the base sheet surface.
