FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicinal agent comprising super-small doses of monoclonal, polyclonal immune of natural antibodies raised to protein or peptide taking part in regulation of vessels tonus or mediating effects of other regulators. Method involves the use of activated (potentiated) form of antibodies prepared by multiple successive dilution and external impact, being mainly by homeopathic technology. Invention relates also to method of treatment of diseases accompanying with impairment of vascular tonus by administration of indicated medicinal agent in different homeopathic dilutions. Invention provides the development of effective and safety medicinal agent for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases accompanying with impairment of vessels tonus, mainly arterial vessels, eliciting specific pharmacological activity, absence of by-side effects, adaptation or addiction to agent, ecological purity and low cost. Invention can be used for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases accompanying with impairment of vessels tonus, mainly arterial vessels.
