FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has girder rotating around central support. Scrapers are fixed on girder by means of flexible tie-rods and rigid carriers. Scrapers are arranged parallel to girder axis in two rows, with scrapers of one row being arranged in spacings between scrapers of other row so as to overlap one another. Apparatus is equipped with radial immovable partition wall. Scrapers may be turned and are provided with two working surfaces. Central angle between said working surfaces of scraper is within the range of 100-110 deg.
