SUBSTANCE: invention can be employed to keep maximum flow section in pipe string through which extracted product is raised from productive zone of well to surface by way of periodic cleaning of internal surfaces of pipes from deposits as well as to secure passage of devices and tools in process of explorations. Gear includes at least one section in the form of single cleaning head with cutting elements placed at angle alpha lying within limits O°<= alpha <= 45° with longitudinal axis of head. Head is put on shaft that is coupled to unit for attachment to pulling element directly or through jar and/or weight. One head as minimum is made of separate parts which can be rearranged and fixed relative one another to change position of cutting elements. Area of employment of each specific gear as applied to particular conditions thanks to possibility of its timely re-adjustment and re-arrangement is widened, way of change of configuration of cleaning heads included.
