<p>Described are laulimalide-derivatives, their use and a process for the production of laulimalide (Fijanolide B; structure see formula I, in which X and X1 has the meaning of oxygene, R1 has the meaning of α-methyl, Z1 has the meaning of a (E)-double bond, Z2 has the meaning of an β-epoxide and Z3 has the meaning of a (Z)-double bond) and its derivatives. The invention further relates to the intermediates used for the production of laulimalide and laulimalide-derivatives.</p> |
