The foldable flat material packing for a baby's bottle has two strip-form sidewalls (2,4) which have interconnecting bottom and top walls (9,10,13) and interconnecting front and rear walls (3,5) which each have a stamped out section (15,16) with a contour similar to that of the object to be held. Slots (19-22) extend from the lower edges of the stamped out sections to the adjoining sidewalls. Above the slots are inwards hinging side sections which clamp behind the object, and below the stamped out sections are lower sections interconnecting the sidewalls.
