POLYOXYMETHYLENE FIBER AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A polyoxymethylene fiber which comprises a polyoxymethylene copolymer which exhibits a half crystallization time of 30 sec or more when it is cooled fro m the molten state at 200~C to 150~C at a cooling rate of 80~C/min and then is held at 150~C constantly. The polyoxymethylene fiber has a high strength and a high modulus of elasticity.
