<p>The invention relates to a method of desulphurising and/or denitrogenating a hydrocarbon mixture containing sulphur compounds and/or nitrogen compounds. The inventive method comprises: (i) an oxidation step using an oxidising agent in order to oxidise the sulphur compounds and/or the nitrogen compounds; and subsequently (ii) a step involving the extraction of the oxidised sulphur compounds and/or nitrogen compounds using an extraction solvent, said extraction solvent containing adiponitrile and/or 1,2-propylene carbonate.</p> |
