As shown in Fig. 4, a network electronic conference system (101) includes one or more notebook computers PCi (i = 1 to 3) a communicator (3A) and a projector (2A) for processing at least information transferred from the notebook computers PCi and providing electronic information contents including display information, and an access point (6) for connecting the communicator (3A) to the notebook computers PCi. The communicator (3A) delivers identification information in batch mode for identifying the projector (2A), the respective notebook computers PCi, and the access point (6). The notebook computers PCi display the identification information and select electronic apparatuses including the communicator (3A) and another notebook computers PCi. Thus, it is possible to participate in a conference which a user desires to participate in.
