FIELD: automatic control equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use in pilot pressure regulators of gas supply system in public utilities. Integrating pneumatic amplifier has chambers of static 1, controlling 25 and outlet 5 pressures and chamber 21 under membrane, body 22, setting spring 2, membranes 3, 20 and 23 intercoupled by means of rod 4 carrying pushers 6 and 18. Two bell-cranks loaded with springs 19 and 17 are installed in output pressure chamber 5 on axles 8 and 16 anchored in body 22. Arms 26 and 24 of bell-cranks are linked to pushers 6 and 18 and other arms 7 and 12 carry valves 9 and 13 interacting with seats 10 and 14 communicating with pneumatic conduits 11 and 15 with pressures P1 and P2 correspondingly. Chamber 21 located under membrane communicates with the aid of conduit 27 with control chamber 25. EFFECT: raised accuracy of pneumatic amplifier thanks to prevention of influence of output pressure on adjustment controlling pressure. 1 dwg |
