FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mower with at least one cutting blade connected via pipeline system to treating liquid volume. Pipeline system provides for continuous supplying of treating liquid to lower surface of cutting blade during cutting process. Method involves preparing at least one cutting blade, liquid storage container and pipeline system for connecting thereof; providing for continuous flow of treating liquid toward lower surface of cutting blade and wetting plant cuts with treating liquid during cutting of plants.
