According to one embodiment, the portable communication device includes an input unit having a first coupling portion and an output unit having a second coupling portion. The first and second coupling portions are adapted such that the output unit is positionable with respect to the input unit. In addition, the output unit is rotatable about at least a first axis and a second axis.
