METHOD FOR PREVENTING SKYJACKING BY USING GPS AND ELECTRONIC MAP

The present invention refers to a method for preventing skyjacking. It teaches that a plane is equipped with a GPS electronic map and a controlling device in which information about the area over that the plane is forbidden to fly is stored. By comparison of the said information with the flying data the plane is prevented from flying over the said area.
