<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for inputting Chinese characters, and more particularly to an apparatus and method for inputting Chinese characters generating a designated Chinese character by inputting radical keys representing at least one radical which constitute Chinese character, and by inputting end keys indicating an end of input of the radical keys or by inputting key input number determination keys determining an inputting stroke of the radical keys.
