FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylinder having napkin manufactured from hydrophilic textile material fixed on its external surface. The napkin is impregnated with medicine complex composed of medicament and biocompatible biodegradable polymer. The device has input fixing member disposed on the opposite side with respect to the device end to be introduced. Napkin ends disposed on the same side with the device end to be introduced, are fixed with safety thread. Napkin ends on the opposite side are fixed with locking member. Device version is optionally manufacturable as tampon. The cylinder is optionally manufacturable perforated material and contains filler inside for sorbing discharge matter.
