PURPOSE: Provided are a novel diene copolymer substituted with polar polysiloxane which is prepared by reacting a diene copolymer with a reactive polysiloxane substituted with polar group in the presence of a catalyst, and a nano composition comprising the diene copolymer and mineral fillers. CONSTITUTION: The modified diene copolymer is prepared by substituting a diene copolymer with a polar polysiloxane represented by formula 1. In the formula 1, R1, R2, R3, R5 and R6, which are different or the same, represents methyl group or phenyl group, R4 represents -(CH2)n-(R7)-(R8O)p-R9, wherein R7 represents a bond, -O-, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C5 alkylene group, or benzene ring, R8 represents -(CH2)2- or -CH(CH3)CH2-, R9 represents a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, halogen atom, -COCH3, or -SO2CH3, l represents an integer of 0-50, m is an integer of 3-500, n is an integer of 2-5, and p is an integer of 0-100. The nano composition comprises the modified diene copolymer; and one or two or more of mineral fillers selected from silica, carbon black, metal powder, metal oxide, plate silicate, glass fiber and ceramic.
