发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NANOSIZED WC-CO MIXTURE POWDER VIA REDUCTION-CARBURIZATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nanosized WC-Co mixture powder more easily and simply through reduction-carburization process by using hydrogen and methane gases is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of nanosized WC-Co mixture powder via reduction-carburization comprises the processes of charging the powder into a furnace after preparing powder by milling a composition comprising tungsten oxide more than 50 to 100 wt.%, cobalt oxide less than 0 to 50 wt.% and Co3O4 together with hard metal balls at a high speed for 30 hours or more using an attritor; and manufacturing nanosized WC-Co mixture powder by changing temperature in two steps at WO3 reduction and carburization temperature and Co3O4 reduction temperature and injecting hydrogen and methane gases per steps, wherein the tungsten oxide is WO3 powder of 20 micrometers or less, and the cobalt oxide is Co3O4 powder of 10 micrometers or less, and wherein 180 mL or more flow rate of the hydrogen gas is maintained so that the hydrogen gas is injected for one hour or more after temperature of the furnace is increased to a reduction and carburization temperature of WO3(650 to 800 deg.C), and the methane gas is injected at a flow rate of 180 mL or more for 30 minutes or more as maintaining the above temperature.
