PURPOSE: A method for controlling a key input sound of a complex function key is provided to generate an other key input sound according to a key input duration time after the input of the complex function key is stopped when inputting the complex function key. CONSTITUTION: A control unit confirms whether a key is inputted in a manner mode(201). If the key is inputted, the control unit confirms whether the inputted key is a manner mode complex function key(203). If the inputted key is the manner mode complex function key, the control unit counts a time in which the input of the manner mode complex function key is maintained(205). The control unit judges whether the input of manner mode complex function key is stopped(207). If the input of the manner mode complex function key is stopped, the control unit judges whether the input of the manner mode complex function key is maintained over a predetermined time(209). If the input of the manner mode complex function key is maintained over the predetermined time, the control unit releases the manner and generates a set key input sound(211).
