PURPOSE: A multi-use live fish gill net fishing gear is provided to capture natural live fish by being installed on a shore, river or coast. CONSTITUTION: A fishing gear body(10) is divided into upper and lower fishing gear body frames(12,13) having a plurality of access doors(26) in four directions. At one selected side of the upper and lower fishing gear body frames(12,13), an open-and-shut door is disposed to be controlled by a hinge and a locker. On a fixing rod(22) vertically detachably coupled to the center of the upper and lower fishing gear body frames(12,13), a bait container is coupled by a press-fit assembly method. At the front of the bait container, a lighting casing with a lamp, an artificial bait and a float with water stored therein are installed so that they can be assembled.
