NOZZLE WITH DIAMOND TIP INCLUDED AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a nozzle with a diamond tip included which turns over a nozzle hole and reuses it, however the front edge of a nozzle hole is worn away so that it contributes to prolong the life span of products. CONSTITUTION: The nozzle with the diamond tip comprises the parts of: the tip(10) which is produced by pressing the mixture of diamond powder and binder in a cylindrical block using a laser or ultrasonic wave to form the nozzle hole(13) at the center of the block; and a tip holder(20) which respectively is formed with an entrance(21) and an exit(23), which connect to the nozzle hole of the tip, at both internal sides; and a suspension sill(25) which suspends both edges of the tip at the entrance and the exit.
