PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody capable of specifically binding to human nerve injury induced protein(Ninjurin) and a fusion cell line producing the same antibody are provided, thereby easily detecting the human Ninjurin. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody capable of specifically binding to human nerve injury induced protein(Ninjurin) contains a subclass type of IgG2b. The fusion cell line KH0524(KCTC 0751BP) produces the monoclonal antibody for human nerve injury induced protein(Ninjurin). The monoclonal antibody capable of specifically binding to human nerve injury induced protein(Ninjurin) is produced by administrating the fusion cell line KH0524(KCTC 0751BP) into an abdominal cavity of a mouse and collecting abdominal dropsy therefrom; and separating the monoclonal antibody for human Ninjurin.
