摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for detecting the normal operation, the collision with obstacles, the abutment with stops or other operational states of a border element of a building or an enclosure that can be displaced between an open and a closed position by means of a drive system. The inventive method comprises the following steps: a) measuring an operational parameter of the drive system at defined measuring points of the trajectory which parameter indicates the power requirement of the drive system or which otherwise allows to draw conclusions with respect to the operational parameter of the border element or measuring said operational parameter at defined operational intervals of the border element. The aim of the invention is to provide a method that allows a more precise and faster detection. To this end, b) a defined number n of the values of the operational parameter measured directly before the respective measuring point is recorded as a history of measured values with respect to the respective actually measured value in order to establish a measured value sequence of n+1 values from the actually measured value and its history of measured values calculated from the recorded sequence of the n values measured previously with respect to every measuring point or every measuring time. The measured value sequence of n+1 values that is detected at an operational state of interest is c) analyzed and a course characteristic of the operational state of interest and consisting of a measured value sequence of n+1 subsequently measured values and/or a property characteristic of such a course and displayed by a test function is detected. The invention further relates to a drive system that carries out such a method of detection, especially drives for garage gates or industrial gates.</p>
