PURPOSE: A double folding seat for a vehicle is provided to enlarge the loading space of luggage by installing and separating the double folding seat from the vehicle body conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A double folding seat of a vehicle is composed of a seat bracket(10) fixed in a seat cushion frame formed in the lower part of a seat cushion; a folding fixing bracket(20) having a hinge point combined with the seat bracket and a guide groove; a locking member(30) turning by combining a pin, and having a fitting link part, a grip part and a guide pin protruded downward; a striker(50) fastened in the floor panel; and a spring member(70) connecting the locking member and the folding fixing bracket, and returning the locking member by applying elastic force in turning the locking member. A damping member(60) is formed in the striker to relieve impact in mounting or separating the double seat. The loading space is enlarged with installing and separating the double folding seat conveniently.
