PURPOSE: A cover apparatus for a folding luggage tray is provided to open and close the luggage compartment conveniently by assembling the luggage tray cover with plates by hinges and folding plates with little force. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular supporting base(5) is installed in a trunk room, and a first plate(6) is combined with the supporting base by hinges(7) and screw bolts. The hinges are protruded upward, and the side of the first plate is inserted to a recess of a second plate(9). Plural plates are connected continuously with assembling members, and rollers(15) are protruded in plates. Plural plates slide on a guard rail formed in the supporting base. Cargo is stored after moving plates continuously, and a luggage tray cover(4) is closed with moving the third plate to the right.
