PURPOSE: A skin cleaning, detergent and cosmetic composition containing δ-aminolevulinic acid as a precursor of tetraphenol-based compound and a skin-renewal stimulating material is provided which has an excellent effect on accelerating skin regeneration while simultaneously minimizing irritation to the skin. CONSTITUTION: The skin-renewal stimulating cosmetic composition contains 1 to 10,000ppm δ-aminolevulinic acid, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition is manufactured in various shapes such as soap, facial cleansing foam as well as cream, lotion, skin lotion, pack and foundation. The composition has an excellent sterilization effect and seborrheic dermatitis removing effect, together with excellent detergency and easiness in rinsing.
