PURPOSE: Connection members, such as a fastener, Magic Tape, a hook, a button, etc., to be installed on both side end parts of a plurality of agricultural heat insulating covers and connect them are provided to minimize the number of heat insulating covers per unit length, reduce manpower and workload and maximize heat-insulating efficiency within a vinyl house. CONSTITUTION: The connection members(H) are installed on both side end parts of a conventional agricultural heat insulation cover(C) mounted on a vinyl house, one side attachment flap(2a) integrally formed on one side binding device(1a) is attached on the upper surface of one side end part of the heat insulation cover, another side attachment flap(2b) integrally formed on another side binding device(1b) is attached on the upper surface of another side end part of the heat insulation cover. The one side binding device and another side binding device are opened and closed by movement of an open-and-shut device(3). |
