PURPOSE: A flat pancake using dough consisting of glutinous rice flour, Chinese quince fruit powder, Coicis Semen powder and Angelicae Gigantis Radix powder, together with sugar is provided. Therefore, the flat pancake has optimum viscosity and the taste and flavor peculiar to Chinese quince fruit, Coicis Semen and Angelicae Gigantis Radix. CONSTITUTION: The dough for the flat pancake characteristically consists of wheat flour or glutinous flour, 62% by weight of wheat flour or glutinous flour is mixed with 18% by weight of Chinese quince fruit powder, 7% by weight of Coicis Semen powder and 13% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix powder. |
