PURPOSE: Belt structure for fixing cargo in a trunk of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of the cargo, and to reduce noise by fastening the luggage in the trunk firmly and conveniently with the belt during traveling. CONSTITUTION: A cargo fixing belt for a vehicle is composed of a belt part(1) installed at the side or the rear part of the trunk, and a belt fixing part(2) spaced from the belt part and installed in the belt part. The belt part has a fitting link(3) in the free end, a belt extended and contracted, a winding part(5) winding or unwinding the belt, and an adjusting button(6) fixing the position of the belt extending on the winding part. The belt fixing part has a position slider(10) including a fitting groove inserting or separating the fitting link and moving left and right in an elongated groove(7). The cargo is fixed firmly and conveniently with the belt.
