PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a mesh grill for a bumper is provided to improve assembling efficiency by increasing the rigidity of a boss part of a bumper cover, and to cut down expenses by modifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A bumper for a vehicle is composed of a reinforcement(11) combined with a frame by a stay; a buffer member mounted outside the reinforcement to absorb impact; a cover(13) covering the reinforcement and the buffer member; and a mesh grill(G) mounted in an air intake slot in the lower part of the cover. A boss part(16) is formed around the air intake slot to assemble the mesh grill and formed in the formation portion of a fixing piece(14) for assembling the cover with the reinforcement. The assembling force of the mesh grill is improved with increasing the rigidity of the boss part.
