PURPOSE: A torque sensor is provided to detect input torque accurately by forming even gear teeth of input/output bevel gears and odd gear teeth of a sensing bevel gear, and to cut down expenses by manufacturing and assembling easily with enlarging the tolerance range in arranging gears. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor comprises an input bevel gear(120) composed of an input connection part(130) having a concentric circle groove including a spring groove arranging plural springs(132) radially to connect to the output part, and placed in an input shaft(110); an output bevel gear(220) placed in an output shaft(210) with facing the input bevel gear, and composed of an output connection part(230) including plural protrusions(232) corresponding to the input connection part; and a sensing unit(300) composed of a radial sensing bevel gear(320) including an eccentric shaft(310) to transmit input torque to a driving unit and a sensing ring inserting the eccentric shaft, and engaged between input and output bevel gears. Input and output bevel gears have even gear teeth and the sensing bevel gear has odd gear teeth, or input and output bevel gears include odd gear teeth and the sensing bevel gear includes even gear teeth.
