<p>PURPOSE: To output a small amplitude signal, that is stably and accurately subjected to amplitude limiting, at a high speed without providing a power supply pin terminal exclusively. CONSTITUTION: Comparator circuits (11 and 12) which compare differences between reference voltages (VHset1 and VHset2) with different voltage levels from each other in accordance with a plurality of pull-up transistors (Q41 and Q43) and an output node (ND 11) and adjust driving currents of the output pull-up transistors according to the comparison results are provided, and comparator circuits (13 and 14) which compare voltage differences between reference voltages (VLset1 and VLset2) with corresponding different voltage levels respectively in accordance with a plurality of pull-down transistors (Q42 and Q44) and the output node and adjust driving current quantities of the pull-down transistors are provided. A reference voltage level is set to a voltage level between a power supply voltage (VDD) and a ground voltage.</p> |
