PURPOSE: A transfer system is provided to be capable of sharing a power cable and a communication cable by one cable by connecting inductance and capacitance to a cable. CONSTITUTION: The first node part(100) divides a power from a power supply(110) and a data signal transmitted/received to/from data input/output modules(103,203a,203b,303a,303b). A single cable(17) is pulled out from the first node, and a plurality of node parts(200,300) are connected to the cable. Control parts(105,205,305) are disposed at the outside to control signal distribution of the node parts. Inductance(L11,L12,L21,L22) are connected in series with the cable at intersection of the cable and the power supply(330). Capacitance(C11,C12,C21,C22) are disposed to connect the cable and two data input/output modules in parallel.
