PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing metal slurry for casting is provided which removes a facility used in the reheating process to reduce manufacturing expense and cost, enable easy process management and solve the phenomenon that liquid phase generated in the reheating process is closed inside the solid phase. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing metal slurry for casting comprises a ladle unit(10) comprising a certain control means(12) for controlling supply rate and amount of molten metal(1) so that required amount of molten metal(1) only is dropped onto the cooling inclined plate(22); an inclined plate unit comprising a cooling inclined plate(22) which is slantly arranged in a certain angle so that the molten metal(1) in the slurry(3) state is flown down to an injecting sleeve(40) of die-casting machine after making the molten metal(1) into the slurry(3) state by cooling a controlled amount of molten metal(1) supplied from the ladle unit(10), the lower side of which is connected to an entrance of the injecting sleeve(40), and in which a cooling pipe(26) is installed, and a support means for supporting the cooling inclined plate(22); and an oscillation generating unit(30) for oscillating the cooling inclined plate(22) through an oscillator(32) by generating oscillation.
