PURPOSE: A blowing fan assembly for condenser of refrigerator is provided to reduce flowing noise and a blade passing frequency. CONSTITUTION: A blowing fan includes an axial flow fan comprising a hub(201) and three blades(202) placed on a periphery of the hub in which ratio of a diameter(d) of the hub to an outside diameter(D) of the axial flow fan is 23.3 +/- 5% and ratio of width(b) of the blades to the outside diameter of the axial flow fan is 36.6 +/- 3%, in other words, the outside diameter of the axial flow fan is 150 +/- 1mm, the diameter of the hub is 35 +/- 1mm and the width of the blades is 55 +/- 1mm; and a motor rotating the axial flow fan.
